I feel GREAT! My body is responding and changing, My energy is better, my skin looks better and running actually motivates me to eat and drink smarter! Today I did 4 and hit the 50 mile mark. I have the rest of the month planned so that my last few days will be 3’s and I can really enjoy them and the accomplishment! This week has been tough but soooo worth it! Thank you again for your responses and the emails and links to follow for questions! You are good at what you do!!! :)

The 12 week marathon training plan was awesome. My first marathon and I planned for a 4 hour finish time. Your training schedule got me over the line in 3:45!
Your 12 week training program worked great. It was exactly what I needed. I was 28 years old at the time of the 2021 marathon in Lincoln Nebraska. I finished right at the 4:00 hour mark, which was better than I expected.

I had no idea how many carbs, fats, proteins I would need while training for my first marathon. The calculators provided great insight for me as well as the suggested snacks and meals. I didn’t realize how important fueling my body was for a race and these resources have helped me tremendously. I certainly recommend this program!

I have used your 12 week marathon training plan several times for the Twin Cities Marathon and it hasn’t failed me yet. I find it very helpful and a great way to be held accountable.
I used the 12 week marathon plan but I started it 3 weeks in, so only trained for 9 weeks. The plan fit well around work and family commitments and allowed me to achieve a PB in my 6th marathon!
