I used your training plan to run a marathon in under 3:45:00! I ran a 3:41:12 in Columbus, Ohio, this past weekend. Thank you so much for all the training content you provide - it made all the difference in my training and especially my confidence in reaching goals set higher than I thought myself capable of achieving!

The 12 week marathon training plan was awesome. My first marathon and I planned for a 4 hour finish time. Your training schedule got me over the line in 3:45!

Your 12 week training program worked great. It was exactly what I needed. I was 28 years old at the time of the 2021 marathon in Lincoln Nebraska. I finished right at the 4:00 hour mark, which was better than I expected.

I had no idea how many carbs, fats, proteins I would need while training for my first marathon. The calculators provided great insight for me as well as the suggested snacks and meals. I didn’t realize how important fueling my body was for a race and these resources have helped me tremendously. I certainly recommend this program!

I have used your 12 week marathon training plan several times for the Twin Cities Marathon and it hasn’t failed me yet. I find it very helpful and a great way to be held accountable.

I used the 12 week marathon plan but I started it 3 weeks in, so only trained for 9 weeks. The plan fit well around work and family commitments and allowed me to achieve a PB in my 6th marathon!

Having things spelled out for me (foods, when to eat, why to eat it) took all the guesswork out of nutrition. It was the next best thing to hiring a nutritionist! I especially needed the carb-loading prior and replacing carbs lost during the race. Having specific foods and a schedule made it easy!

I want to let you know that the marathon was a-mazing! Thanks to your amazing training plan I finished in 04:50:11, I'm so proud!! I didn't get any blisters and all the soreness was gone by Tuesday. I enjoyed every mile and I even managed to do a mini sprint at the end! I think the build-up in the plan you designed was perfect!

It's so full of information about physical *and* mental training. One of my favorite aspects of this program is the mental training. I've never seen a marathon training program that offered mental training exercises and that set aside a "mental training" day each week. I am pretty slow and tend to get discouraged easily, so mental preparation is just as important as the physical work for me.

I feel as if I understand the nutrition more now rather than just blindly following instructions. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like! I’ve signed up for another half and I will be following this program again! Thank you so much!
