Yes! You can run a half marathon in 2 months time! If you need a little injection of challenge, routine and fun in your life then here it is! Experience all the joys while gaining all the benefits of half marathon training and finishing in just 8 short weeks! 

This training plan is for a beginner runner who has been running for at least a couple of months and for intermediate runners. This is not typically used as a couch to half marathon training plan. 

This training plan comes in both miles and kilometers. 

EACH WEEK YOU WILL PERFORM:

  1. 3 base runs of  3 to 4 miles , 

  2. 1 long run, 

  3. 1 optional cross training (XT) workout, 

  4.  2 to 3 rest days (depending on if you used a rest day to incorporate some cross training).

  5. You will also have the option to incorporate tempo runs and interval workouts if you want more of an intermediate style training plan
