This has helped me tremendously!

I had no idea how many carbs, fats, proteins I would need while training for my first marathon. The calculators provided great insight for me as well as the suggested snacks and meals. I didn’t realize how important fueling my body was for a race and these resources have helped me tremendously. I certainly recommend this program!

Next best thing to hiring a nutritionist!

Having things spelled out for me (foods, when to eat, why to eat it) took all the guesswork out of nutrition. It was the next best thing to hiring a nutritionist! I especially needed the carb-loading prior and replacing carbs lost during the race. Having specific foods and a schedule made it easy!

I really liked the race refuel plan!

I really felt the carbo-loading section five days before the marathon was the piece of information I was lacking before this course. I also really liked the race refuel plan section. Surprisingly, many marathon books lack any information on how to actually refuel properly and scientifically during a race! Makes incredible sense!
